The wood has a light color with beautiful reddish-brown flame markings. This wood itself smells like cherry! Unfortunately, you no longer smell it in the ring because of the resin finish. Nevertheless, it remains a beautiful type of wood. Cherry is also a more expensive type of wood. Therefore, cherry veneer is widely used to decorate MDF furniture. Soon we will experiment with fresh wood from a cherry tree from the Achterhoek.
