However, actually all Maples are light in color. Maple is also used in Ships. Rarely for the structural parts of ships, because Maple is relatively heavy and does not withstand prolonged exposure to moisture. Maple could, however, find a place in craft interior work or decorative applications on board, especially on luxury yachts or maritime furniture.
