Oak was widely used, already in earlier shipbuilding. An Iconic three-master was manufactured with it: The Vasa. A Swedish ship built by a Dutchman with Polish Oak. Unfortunately, the ship sank but remained well-kept as a result. After lying on the bottom for 333, it is now visible in a museum in Sweden. You can see clearly what a strong material Oak is. This ring is actually inside out in terms of shipping. Mahogany is strong and light. and is widely used for boats on the outside. Maple is not at all suitable for the outside of a boat but does sometimes grace the inside. In this one, the contrast is readily apparent. Sand-colored wood, Maple, was chosen for this ring. Besides the color, you sometimes find Maple in decorative boat elements. Rarely on the outside. This ring is decorated with a blue opal. This ring can be made in multiple sizes but the standard width is 4mm. This opal species, also called sea opal or opaline, is found in water. It is characterized by its light blue, transparent color, sometimes with a milky tint. In spiritual circles, it is associated with the throat chakra, which has to do with self-expression, something often found in sailor stories and songs.
